Presentations on tobacco deterrence during our Public Health Fair in February
Documentaries and social media campaign
Other activities to sway the public from tobacco

We’re recruiting passionate members to amplify youth participation in music, art, academics, culture, and volunteerism.

Great opportunity for high school students interested in Journalism • Business • Film • Media • Political Science • Sociology • Advertising • Public Relations majors.

This initiative entails challenging tasks and great social impact, creating more opportunities to foster social networking and leadership that expand into college years.

Note: Most activities are based between Hayward CA & Milpitas, CA.

Projects

FUN Youth Ambassadors – represent us at your school in volunteer fairs and other events

Local Elections – get involved in political campaigns in the area

Social Justice – property, addiction, inequality causes

Event Documentaries – cover major events at county / city fairs and cultural events

FUN Youth Vlog – bi-weekly video journals covering our various programs

Event Tabling – advocate our causes at major events

Roles

Team Members (unlimited) – join events, advocate, conduct surveys
Ambassadors (1 per high school) – lead school volunteer fairs, recruit volunteers, school events
Election Volunteers – assist candidates, document campaigns
Documentary Producers – photos, videos, interviews, video editing
Vlog Editors (2) – write / edit / publish bi-weekly narrated vlogs covering our entire organization

James Logan Job & Volunteer Opportunities Expo - TUE, MAR. 11 AT THE PAVILION

Hello James Logan High School, as part of the Jobs & Community Service Expo, Union City nonprofit FUN Youth will be tabling at the Pavilion between 10AM - 2PM on Tue. Mar 11. We have been a year round volunteer platform for high schools across the East Bay and beyond since 2020.
Come explore our programs and opportunities including pop band, community concerts, public art, community dance, online tutoring, public STEM events, computer science, film / media, public relations and environmental conservation.
Join us and make an impact on the wider society and your college admission! ( Existing FUN Youth members, you are welcome to join as an ambassador at our table! )
